These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bettekka platform, including all cricket betting markets, live casino games, sports wagering, account management functions, and payment services available to players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using bettekka, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold a single active account on bettekka. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and balances.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bettekka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bettekka website, mobile interface, or associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of bettekka after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of bettekka is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bettekka strictly prohibits use of its services by anyone under 18, regardless of the age of majority in any specific jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close associate of bettekka or any affiliated company or third-party service provider of the Platform.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from bettekka or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
bettekka is not responsible for any loss or harm arising from a user's misrepresentation of their age or identity at the point of registration. Users who misrepresent their eligibility bear full personal responsibility for any consequences arising from such misrepresentation.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bettekka reserves the right to:

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
bettekka operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. We may request verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport);
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);

4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on bettekka is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance in real time. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution. bettekka does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be subject to reversal and account review.
4.3 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the destination bank.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on file. bettekka reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on bettekka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Accounts are maintained in BDT. bettekka does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on bettekka are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that event or game. bettekka's published rules for each market take precedence in any dispute regarding the settlement of a wager.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bettekka reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error or system fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance.
5.2 Cricket Betting
Cricket betting on bettekka covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches, and other international and domestic competitions involving teams popular in Bangladesh. All cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Abandoned or forfeited matches will be settled according to the specific rules displayed for that market at the time of bet placement.
5.3 Live In-Play Betting
Live betting allows you to place wagers on events that are already in progress. Odds in live markets change rapidly and bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. bettekka is not liable for delays between the physical occurrence of an event and the updating of live odds that result in a bet being placed on outdated information. It is your responsibility to ensure you are betting on current, accurate in-play information.
5.4 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bettekka. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management;
- Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through a third party;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker room, or betting market;

- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in Platform systems or game software. Any suspected bug or error must be reported to support immediately; exploitation of known bugs is grounds for immediate account closure;
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through use of the Platform;
- Attempting to manipulate sports events, match outcomes, or casino game results through any means;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bettekka staff or other users through any communication channel;
- Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your bettekka account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, we will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending bets are settled and any remaining balance is returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests submitted during active bonus cycles will result in forfeiture of any unsatisfied bonus funds; real-money balances will be returned in full subject to any standard verification requirements.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support agent of this at the time of your request. We will apply an immediate self-exclusion to prevent inadvertent re-registration and will ensure that all marketing communications are halted without delay. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by bettekka
bettekka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false or unverifiable identity or payment information;
- Engagement in or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or manipulation of Platform systems;
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement compelling account suspension or closure;
- Any other circumstance in which bettekka, acting reasonably, determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the Platform, its users, or third parties.
Where an account is suspended or closed by bettekka due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both deposited funds and accrued winnings — may be forfeited at bettekka's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or other financially motivated misconduct.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bettekka will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before applying any dormancy management measures. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from any remaining balance on accounts that have been dormant for more than 12 months, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. No fee will be applied to accounts with a zero balance.
